NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (May 21, 2011) Quartermaster 3rd Class Robert Papili performs navigational work on the bridge of the aircraft carrier USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN 71) as the ship, assisted by tugboats, transits the James River during its relocation from dry dock 11 to pier 3 at Newport News Shipbuilding.
